Quick answers
Yes. EnviroGeek offers free electronics recycling pickup across Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Twin Cities suburbs. Book online — we come to your door. There is no recycling fee for accepted items, including TVs and computers.
We accept consumer and office electronics: laptops, desktops, monitors, TVs (flat and tube), phones, tablets, printers, game consoles, routers, cables, external drives, and similar gear — broken screens included. We do not take large appliances (washers, dryers, fridges, stoves), smoke or CO detectors, specialized medical equipment with radioactive sources, loose batteries by themselves, or anything contaminated or unsafe to handle. When in doubt, list the item when you book and we’ll confirm before pickup day.
Yes. Cracked screens, non-booting computers, and water-damaged phones are fine as long as they are normal consumer or office electronics. We recycle the materials; they don’t need to power on.
No for large appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, stoves, dishwashers) and no for specialized medical devices that contain radioactive components or require licensed disposal. Standard clinic computers, monitors, printers, and phones are welcome. Call us if you’re unsure about a medical device.
