Pickup bookings & contact forms: name, email, phone, service address, selected items, preferred schedule, and optional notes (for example, gate codes).
Business quotes: company name, contact details, approximate device counts, and requested services.
Store inquiries: if you call, text, or email about a listed item, we keep the contact details and item info needed to confirm availability and arrange local pickup. We do not take online card payments on this website.
Technical & security data: IP address, approximate request time, and browser/user-agent information used for security, spam prevention, and rate limiting.

We do not ask you to upload the contents of your hard drive through this website. Separately, when we collect a computer or phone for recycling or resale, we wipe device storage as part of our service process so files on that device are not left for the next user.

How we use information

Schedule, confirm, and fulfill pickups and business collections
Respond to questions, quotes, and feedback
Respond to store inquiries and arrange local pickup sales
Provide business documentation when we agree to do so

Business documentation we issue may be kept longer if you ask us to retain a copy. Security logs are typically kept for up to 90 days.

Security

We use HTTPS, security headers, server-side validation, rate limiting, and spam controls on forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your information was compromised in connection with our services, contact us right away.

Children

Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
